Today, Vapor Trade Fair has grown from its initial team of 2 to a professional team of over 50 members, covering multiple fields such as supply chain, quality control, customer service, and logistics. Each team member has received strict training – not only do they need to be familiar with the parameters of each product, but also understand the needs of different customers. For example, they recommend easy-to-operate devices to new users and introduce the latest flavors of e-liquids to long-term users.
At Vapor Trade Fair, "team" is never an abstract term: when arriving at work in the morning, everyone shares customer feedback from the previous day; during lunch breaks, some colleagues bring homemade snacks to share with others; when there is a surge in orders during promotion periods, everyone takes the initiative to help pack goods in the warehouse. This family-like atmosphere also extends to customer service – our customer service hotline never uses "automated voice navigation". Once customers make a call, they can directly connect with a human agent. For complex issues, customer service representatives will follow up until the problem is resolved.
