WHAT’S THE SHIPPING POLICY?
Delivery is available within Europe.
For countries/regions where we ship via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) , you are not required to complete customs clearance procedures or pay any customs duties.
- United Kingdom: Local DPD Express
- Europe: UPS Express / DPD Express / DHL Express
List of European countries for DDP service: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, France, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain.
Except for the United Kingdom, goods shipped to European countries will be cleared through customs in France first, and then transported from France to other European countries.
For countries/regions not listed above, you are required to complete customs clearance procedures and pay customs duties when the package arrives at the customs of your country/region. For details about the amount of tax you need to pay, please consult the local customs.
The customs may also require you to provide your business license (if applicable).
- Shenzhen UPS/DPD Express: Approximately 10–17 days for delivery to Europe.
- Air Freight: Delivered only to the airport nearest to you. This method requires you to have strong customs clearance capabilities and is usually suitable for large-volume and heavy-weight orders (e.g., 1000 kg).
- Your Own Freight Forwarder: If you already cooperate with a freight forwarding company in Shenzhen, we can also deliver the goods to your designated freight forwarder.
